【摘要】 研究了不同类型的表面活性剂、有机溶剂和无机助剂的复配问题 ,并把复配表面活性剂应用于煮练中。通过测定织物煮练后的白度和毛效 ,采用正交实验的方法 ,确定出最佳的复配比例。并把复配精练剂和进口精练剂在应用性能上进行对比实验 ,表明复配精练剂是一种新型的、性能较好的精练剂 ,并且能有效地去除棉籽壳更多还原

【Abstract】 Some kind of surfactants,organic solvent and inorganic aux.were formulated,and this formulated surfactants were used for fabric scouring.By means of orthogonal experiment,we concluded the optimum ratio of their mixture by measuring capilarity and whiteness.Basing on the comparative test of application properties between formulated scouring agents and impor-ted scouringagents It shows that formulated scouring agent is a novel type with good properties and it can wipe off the shell of cottonseed effectively.更多还原
