惯性式测振传感器的设计思路和方法
Design Thinking and method of Inertial Vibration Sensor
【摘要】 惯性式测振传感器种类很多,用途很广,它们的共同特点是内部有一个搈-k-c斚低场1疚拇臃治觥癿-k-c“系统运动方程和传输函数入手,总结出四种设计制作惯性式测振传感器的思路和方法。这些方法也概括了各种惯性式测振传感器的基本理论。
【Abstract】 Inertial vibration sensors are applied in many field with many of types. Their common features are that they have 搈-k-c?system inside .This paper analyses motion equation and transfer function of 搈-k-c?system and summarizes four methods for designing and making inertial vibration sensors. These methods also summarize basic theories of inertial vibration sensors.
