【摘要】 研究建立了粮谷、油籽中哒菌清残留量快速测定方法 ,得到最佳实验条件 ;哒菌清用丙酮 -石油醚 ( 1∶1 )提取 ,并通过硅胶柱净化 ;被测物用石油醚 -丙酮 ( 95∶5 )洗脱。采用气相色谱法测定 ,外标法定量。哒菌清添加浓度在 0 1 0 0 0～ 1 0 0 0mg/kg范围内 ,回收率为 81 8%～ 94 4% ,变异系数为 4 84%～ 6 34% ,最小检出限为 0 1 0 0 0mg/kg更多还原

【Abstract】 The Rapid Determination method of diclomezine residual quantity in grain and rapeseed is researched and established, it is fied determinated with expolate, so we get test constrained optimization:diclomezine is extracted with acetane ligroin(1∶1),and it is purified through silica ges pillar diclomezine additive concentration is in the range of 0 1000～1 000mg·kg -1 ,organic efficiency is in the range of 81 8%～94 4%,coefficient of variation is in the range of 4 84%～6 34%,the lest detection limit is 0 100mg·kg -1 .更多还原
