【摘要】 目的 :观察咳欣康片的主要药理作用。方法 :咳欣康片 1.0、2 .0、4 .0 g· kg-1ig给药 ,经小鼠氨水引咳实验、豚鼠磷酸组织胺—氯化乙酰胆碱引喘实验 ,小鼠气管酚红排泌量实验 ,观察咳欣康片对小鼠氨水引咳潜伏期、3min内咳嗽次数 ,豚鼠磷酸组织胺—氯化乙酰胆碱引喘潜伏期、抽搐跌倒动物数和小鼠气管酚红排泌量的影响。结果 :咳欣康片可明显延长小鼠氨水引咳潜伏期 ,显著减少咳嗽次数。明显延长引喘潜伏期 ,减少抽搐跌倒动物比率。明显增加小鼠气管酚红排量。结论 :咳欣康片其有明显的止咳、平喘和祛痰作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the relieving cough and asthma effects,expectorant effect of ke xin kang tablet.Methods:Ke xin kang table of 1,2,4g·kg -1 was administered by ig to mice and guinea pigs.The effects of Ke xin kang table on frequency of cough and latent period of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice,the latent period of asthma and ratio of twitched animals induced by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs,the excretion quantity of phenoful phthalein in trachea of mice were observed.Results:The ke xin kang could obviously decrease the frequency of cough and prolong latent period of cough induced by ammonium hydroxide in mice;markedly prolong the incubation period of asthma and decrease the ratio of twitched animals induced by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs.increase the excretion quantity of phenoful phthalein in trachea of mice.Conclusion:The experimental results showed that ke xin kang tablet has obviously relieving cough and asthma,expectorant effects.更多还原
