Y802型恒温烘箱温度控制系统的改进设计
DESIGN FOR IMPOVEMENT OF THE TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED SYSTEM IN Y802 CONSTANT TEMPERATURE OVEN
【摘要】 对国产Y80 2型恒温烘箱在纺织纤维回潮率测试中的优缺点进行了分析 ,指出由于Y80 2型恒温烘箱采用水银接触温度计进行温度检测与转换、采用继电 /接触器控制系统控制烘箱的升降温 ,故存在超调量过大和温度控制不精确的缺陷 .在此基础上 ,提出采用铂电阻检测转换 -单片机控制晶闸管导通周波的方式进行Y80 2型恒温烘箱的温控系统的改进设计 .在控制软件设计中引入了模糊逻辑控制规则 ,从而使升温超调量大为减少且控制精度可从± 5℃提高到± 0 .5℃ .
【Abstract】 The analysis was aimed to the pros and cons about the domestic Y802 constant temperature oven used to test the reversion rate of the textile fabric.In the Y802 constant temperature oven,because the mercury -touched thermometer was adopted to undertake the temperature test and conversion and the contact relay control system was adopted to control the ascending or descending of the oven’s temperature,there were such defects as the excessive super-melody quantity and the temperature-controlled inacuracy.Based on this,the improved design in which the way of the Pt resistance test and conversion-the singlechip controlled the transistor to transmit the cycle was applied to control the temperature-controlled system of the Y802 constant temperature oven was put forward.In its software designed,the rule of the Fuzzy PID control was introduced,and then,it made the temperature-ascending super-melody quantity decrease much more and the control accuracy increase greatly,and its accuracy could arrive at ±0.5℃.
