两种野生大豆的比较结构研究

【摘要】 对生长在不同生态环境的蝶形花科 F abaceae大豆属 Glycine的两个野生大豆 G.xoja品系进行了扫描电镜观察及比较研究。结果表明 ,生长在盐渍环境的野生大豆茎和叶体表都具有盐腺。盐腺圆球型 ,基部有一个小柄 ,着生在盐生野生大豆茎、叶表皮外切和壁的胞间层处。幼嫩的盐腺靠泌盐孔泌盐 ,成熟的盐腺靠整体破碎释盐 ,而生长在黑土地生态环境的野生大豆的茎和叶外切向壁未发现有泌盐的盐腺 ,其茎叶的表皮都呈现平滑状态。因此两种不同生态环境的同种同属植物在微观结构上显示出明显差异。

【Abstract】 Two species in G.soja.Glycina,Fabaceae,growing in different environment were studied By scan electron microscope observation and comparative study the resuhts are as follows The one that grows in salted soil has salt gland in its stem and leaf’s surface.Its salt gland is sphcrccidal,with a small pedieal in its basis part.The salt gland grows on inter celluar canal of outer tangential wall of stem and leaf epidermis of salsus G.soja.Teneral salt gland secrets salt through salt secreting pore,mature one releases salt by rupturing the whole gland.But salt secreting salt gland is never found in G.soja which grows at black soil environment,stem and leaf of this specie are both smooth.So we can conclude that these two species in the same Genus growing at two kinds of ecological environment show obvious differencies at microstructure.
