【摘要】 大豆的细胞组织培养 ,在大豆遗传操作的研究中具有重要意义 ,受到国内外极大关注。现在已从大豆下胚轴、子叶、叶、顶芽和花药芽原生质体获得幼苗或植株的报道。但大豆的组织培养中与其他农作物相比在培养过程、成功率、植株再生方面仍较困难。本文对大豆的组织培养、植株再生、原生质体培养、花药培养、顶芽培养的研究进展和存在的问题作简要的评述更多还原

【Abstract】 Tissue culture of soybean is very important in the study of genetic operation.There are the reports of seeding or plant from hypocotyls,cotyledon,leaf,terminal bud,flower bud and protoplasts cultures,but the tissue culture of soybean is more difficult than the other crops in the process of culture,the rate of success,the plant regeneration.The current advances of the tissue culture,plant regeneration,protoplasts,pollen and terminal bud culture and other problems have been reviewed in this paper.更多还原
