【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes the application of the error resilient technology of MPEG 4 visual coding in the 3G mobile multimedia terminals for the reason that 3G 324M is the first multimedia terminal standard suitable for the 3rd generation mobile communication system, which is drafted out by the 3GPP. It is composed of the error resilient audio visual coding and the terminal standard, and H.324 mobile extensions. And it is possible to apply multimedia communication in the wireless system as MPEG 4 visual coding has high compression efficiency and error resilient features.更多还原
