【摘要】 目的 :观察内镜直视下气囊扩张治疗贲门失弛缓症的疗效与安全性。方法 :采用内镜直视下气囊扩张术。结果 :8例贲门失弛缓症患者吞咽困难症状完全缓解 ,近期有效率为 1 0 0 %。无大出血与穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论 :内镜直视下气囊扩张治疗贲门失弛缓症安全有效 ,是该病首选的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of ballon dilation on achalasia of cardia under endoscope.Methods:The ballon dilation was used under endoscope.Results:Dysphagia was remitted completely in all of 8 patients with achalasia of cardia.The short term effective rate was one hundred percent.No esophageal massive hemorrhage and perforation were observed.Conclusion:Ballon dilation under endoscope was effective and safe for treatment of achalasia of cardia.更多还原
