【Abstract】 This paper gives a brief introduction to an on line detection system based on machine vision for product of aluminum plastic foamed mask package. It can detect and recognize unqualified foamed mask packaging products, such as hollow foams, omission assemblage, fragments, and foreign bodies or damages in the package of tablets.
