基于工控机变频调速的包装印刷传动位置控制系统的研究

【摘要】 在传动系统中 ,高性能的控试系统和高性能的拄制系统需要高性能的数据采集系统。介绍了利用数据采集卡PC - 6 333的可编程计数功能与全数字变频器MSD系列的脉冲位置控制功能组成的一种应用于包装印刷传动系统中的高精度位置控制系统 ,并实现了硬件与软件的开发
【Abstract】 In the driving system , the testing and controlling system that possesses high performance needsthe high accurate date sampling system. In the paper we put forward to combine the programmable countingfunction of the date sampling card PC-6333 with pulse position controlling function of the digital variablefrequency controller MSD0421A to form the high accurate position servo system. Also, the hardware andsoftware for the control ways is developed.
