【Abstract】 The thesis makes a brief exposition of the general situation and reform of China’s higher education, and the development and achievement of China’spackaging education. There are two turning points and a low ebb during the development of higher education. Since 1978, especially the 13th party’scongress,higher education enters a new era of reform. The reform is not so-called "campaign" but a scientific study, processing according to law in a systematic way. Under such background, packaging education came into being and healthily developed.From the foundation in 1982 to nowadays,Packaging Education Committee of C.P.T.A has made a great contribution to the development of packaging education.更多还原
