冷压榨技术在纸浆模塑制品生产中的应用
Application of Press Technology on Pulp Molded Production
【摘要】 在热模压前应用冷压榨技术脱水 ,可使热模压锻的脱水量由 75cm3 ,降至 2 3cm3 ,热能消耗由 2 5 0 .4kJ降至 76 .8kJ,与传统工艺可节约热能消耗 6 9.3%。两公司的生产实践对比也证明了冷压榨技术的应用可节约接近 70 %热能 ,从而降低产品成本。
【Abstract】 Before application of press technology moisture in wet lunch container is removed, the volume of water removal in heat molding section is reduced from 75cm 3 to 23cm 3.The thermal energy used up in heat molding section is reduced from 250.4kJ to 76.8kJ.The conclusion is also proved in production line of two companies.
