胶印机点动离合器的可靠性设计
The Reliability Design of Adjustment Clutch of Offset Press
【摘要】 根据胶印机上用作点动调整的摩擦片式电磁离合器的工作特点 ,分析了其 3种可能的失效模式 ,即打滑、剧烈磨损、热失效 ,推导出各自模式可靠度及综合可靠度的数学模型 ,并对J2 1 0 8型胶印机点动离合器DLM 0 1 6的可靠度进行了实例计算得以验证
【Abstract】 According to the working character of friction electromagnetic clutch used for adjusting in the offset press three failure modes of skid,furious wear and heat failure are analyzed,and establish the mathematical model of these three anti-failure modes and their reliability and integrate reliability are establised. A computing example of DLM0-16 type clutch of J2108 offset press is given to prove the conclusion.
