【摘要】 目的:探讨中风病急性期病人发病前3～7天内相关症状,为中风病急性期早期的诊断和治疗提供症状学依据。方法:采用1:2配对病例对照研究方法,调查中风急性发病病人就诊前3～7天内的相关症状,对数据进行条件Logistic回归分析。结果:主症:头痛而痛处不移,食后困顿,阵发性半身无力,嗜睡;次症:手麻,急躁,持续眩晕,头昏沉,头晕,体胖臃肿,颜面正常;伴症:面色晦暗、气息均匀。结论:头痛而痛处不移为这一时相的首选主要症状,运动障碍方面症状为阵发性半身无力,出现属于意识觉醒障碍的嗜睡症状,及以食后困顿为表现的睡眠症状。手麻为感觉障碍方面症状,眩晕为平衡障碍方面症状,病人或见头昏沉、或头晕、或持续眩晕。其它,如急躁,体胖臃肿,颜面正常,或面色晦暗,气息均匀。总之,若病人出现以头痛而痛处不移为主要表现,或见阵发性半身无力,或者伴有嗜睡等症状,表明病人处于中风病急性期始发态的早期阶段;若病人仅见手麻、头昏沉、或头晕、或持续眩晕,伴有食后困顿,且气息均匀、颜面正常或晦暗,表明病人处于中风病急性期始发态的早期先兆阶段。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the relative symptoms of acute patients 3-7 days before stroke attack and provide symptomological basis for early diagnosis and treatment of stroke in acute phase, 1:2 case - contrast research was used to investigate the relative symptoms of acute stroke attack patients 3-7 days before seeking medical advice and analyze the data by conditional Logistic regression. The results showed as follow: primary symptoms: cephalalgia and the stable aching point , the feeling of sleepiness after taking food, paroxysmal hemimyasthenia , somnolence; secondary symptoms: chironumbness, irritability, continuous vertigo, dazedness in head, dizziness, being too fat to move; complementary symptoms: dark complexion , regular respiration. The conclusion is that cephalalgia and the stable aching points are first primary symptoms in this phase, paroxysmal hemimyasthenia of dyskinetic symptom, somnolence of dysconsciousness -awakedness symptom and sleeping symptom of lassitude after taking food , dysaethetic symptom of chironumbness, dyse-quilibrium symptom of dizziness or feeling heavy in head , giddiness or continuous vertigo , some others as irritability, being too fat to move, being normal or dark complexion, regular respiration. In a word, that primary presentation is cephalalgia and stable aching points or accompanied with paroxysmal hemimyasthenia or somnolence etc indicate that patient is in the early phase of first- state of acute stroke; if patient only show chironumbness and head heaviness or dizziness or continuous vertigo accompanied with lassitude after taking food and regular respiration and normal or dark complexion , it indicate that the patient is in the early sign phase of first - state of stroke in acute phase.更多还原
