【摘要】 目的:观察自拟免煎中药配方颗粒利肺汤治疗外感久咳的疗效。方法:将99例外感久咳患者随机分为3组,即免煎中药颗粒治疗组(治疗组)37例,传统煎药治疗组(对照1组)32例,常规西药治疗组(对照2组)30例。结果:治疗组及对照1组总有效率优于对照组2(P<0.05),治疗组与对照1组比较有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:免煎中药颗粒配方利肺汤治疗外感久咳疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To observe the effect of self - composed decocting - free granules LiFei recipe on exogenous protracted cough. Method: 99 cases of exogenous protracted cough patients were randomly divided into three groups that are decocting- free granules group (treatment group) 37 cases, traditional decoction drugs group (control 1) 32 cases and routine western medicine group (control 2) 30 cases. Result: The total effect rate of treatment and control 1 group is bet- ter than control 2(p < 0.05) , the difference of rate between treatment group and control 1 group is insignificant (p > 0. 05).
