柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤对PTZ点燃型癫痫大鼠脑内氨基酸含量的影响

【摘要】 为了研究柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤抗癫痫的作用机理,本实验观察戊四唑(PTZ)点燃型癫痫大鼠,服用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗后,脑内氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明:PTZ点燃型癫痫大鼠脑内兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸(GlU)天冬氨酸(ASP)及抑制性氨基酸甘氨酸(Gly)显著升高;而抑制性氨基酸γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、丙氨酸(Ala)显著降低。经柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗后γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、丙氨酸(Ala)含量明显升高,而Glu、ASP、Gly降低不显著,提示癫痫的发作及柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤抗癫痫的作用可能与脑内ASP、Gln及Gly、GABA、Ala的变化有关。

【Abstract】 The change of brain amino-acid amount of PIZ-ignited epileptic rats was observed after the oral administration of Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction in order to learn its anti-epileptic action mechanism. The result showed that excited amino-acid such as Glu and ASP and depressed amino-acid Gly increased markedly; depressed amino-acid γ - GABA and Ala decreased apparently; the amount of γ - GABA and Ala increased significantly after the use of the above-mentioned decoction, Glu, ASP and Gly decreased insignificantly. The above results showed that the attack of epilepsy and anti-epileptic action mechanism of Chaihu plus Longgumuli decoction probably have relation with the change of ASP、Glu、Gly、GABA and Ala in the brain.
