【摘要】 应用自然科学与社会科学交叉与综合的相似性基本原理 ,引入物理学中的力学和热力学中许多基本概念与理论用于管理科学。应用熵理论的基本原理 ,给出了管理熵理论的基本概念、定义、基本原理 ;定义了熵函数和构造了数学模型 ,不同性质熵的量化方法和应用范围 ;给出了用熵评价管理复杂性的基本方法 ;提出与初步建立了广义和狭义管理熵理论的理论体系 ,充实了管理学的理论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author applies similarity theorem about the natural and social science being interdisciplinary and crossing, introducing the basic conceptions and principles of physics, such as mechanics, kinetics, thermodynamics, probing into management science and puts forth a research area of Management Physics. Based on entropy theorem, the author outlines basic concepts, definitions and principles of management entropy. At the same time, entropy functions have been defined, their mathematical models have been constructed, methods of quantification and scopes of research have been given. Management complexity and its metrics have been established. Further more, the way to enhance management effectiveness and efficiency has been proposed. The author tries to create and enrich the theories of general and special management entropies.更多还原
