【Abstract】 To develop the western China is an important strategy of a macroscopic economy at the turn of the century. Tourism with its wide-ranging driving force will play an important role in the western development. But most western provinces are confonted the of lacking of funds. Chinese privately-owned enterprises with large amount of funds are looking for a new investment place.
