【摘要】 改革开放以来 ,我们一直将转换机制与加强管理视作驱动国有企业前进的两个轮子 ,在积极推动国企机制转换的同时 ,采取多种方法加强企业管理工作 ,但效果始终难如人意。国企管理低效的根本原因是企业缺乏强化管理的内在动力 ,而更深层的原因是国企改革尚未到位遗留的体制缺陷与观念误区。为此 ,提高国企管理效率的根本途径在于深化改革 ,提高企业管理的内在动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and open-up of our country, we have been attempting to push the reform of state-owned enterprises forward by means of transforming mechanism and reforcing management, homener, me fail to get result as me expected. Low efficiency in the management of state-owned enterprises is broupht asout partly due to the lack of internal motivation while the deeper reasons lie in the remained system flaws and miscomeptions.
