中国近三年来扩大内需的理论与实践
Practice and Theory of China Enlarging Domestic Demand in Recent Three Years
【摘要】 中国扩大内需近三年的实践证明，凯恩斯的需求理论不论在理论上还是在实践中，均不能准确解释有效解决中国目前的需求不足、供给过剩问题。中国目前需求不足、供给过剩的实质是供给被动。扩大内需的基点选择是优化、提升供给，走供给主动之路。
【Abstract】 TheexperienceofChinaenlargingdomesticdemandinrecentthreeyearsshowsthatkeynes＇demandtheoryfailstosolvethepresentproblemsofdemandscarcityandsupplysurplus,whichispassivesupplyinnature.Toenlargedomesticdemandthusstartfromoptimizingandpromotingsupplyandexertingactivesupply.
