OvSynch法处理进行黄牛定时人工授精研究
Studies on the Timing Artificial Insemination with OvSynch in Yellow Cows
【摘要】 利用国产 Gn RH、PGF2α和 EB等外源激素对本地黄牛进行处理 ,观察了 Ov Synch处理进行定时人工授精的繁殖效果 ,并探讨了卵巢状况对 Gn RH作用是否存在影响。结果显示 :( 1 )各试验组同期发情率与对照组差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但发情同期化程度显著高于对照组 ,且能够集中定时进行人工授精 ;( 2 )试验 、 组的第一情期受胎率分别为 60 .0 %、5 8.3% ,与对照组( 4 2 .9% )之间无显著差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;( 3) Gn RH类似物能够调控卵泡发育波 ,其作用不受卵巢状况的影响。试验表明 ,采用国产 Gn RH对本地黄牛进行 Ov Synch处理 ,能够达到定时人工授精且不降低受胎率的目的
【Abstract】 In the experiment, home made reproductive hormones, such us GnRH, PGF\-\{2α\} and EB were applied to treat estrus ovulation synchronization in yellow cattle. its reproductive performance after OvSynch treatment were investinated and discussed if ovarian status can effect on GnRH treating results. The results showed that no significant difference was observed between the experiment groups and the control group for the rate of estrus(\%P\%>0.05), but its rate of synchronization was significantly higher than that of control group, so fixed time AI can be centralized. The conception rate of the expriment group and the control group were respectively 60.0%?58.3%, There was no difference(\%P\%>0.05) in the conception rate between three experimental treatments and the control treatments(42.9%). GnRH can regulate follicular development wave, but its treating results aren’t affected by ovarian status. Results demonstrate that fixed time AI can be carried out after the home made GnRH treating yellow cattle by the OvSynch, and the conception rate will not be decreased. \;
