【摘要】 目的 :观察红枣注射液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :用 10 0 %红枣注射液给小鼠皮下注射 ,观察小鼠胸腺及脾重量、血清溶菌酶含量、T淋巴细胞酸性α -醛酸奈脂酶 (ANAE)细胞百分率及T淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :实验组小鼠胸腺及脾重量增加 ,血清溶菌酶含量增加 ,T淋巴细胞ANAE活性升高 ,T淋巴细胞转化率增高。结论 :红枣注射液能使小鼠免疫器官重量增加 ,并能增强小鼠非特异性免疫功能及特异性细胞免疫功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of the injection fluid of jujube on the immune function of mice.Methods:The subcutaneous injection of 100% jujube was given to mice,then the weight of thymus and spleen,the levels of lysozyme content,the percentage of T lymphocyte ANAE + cell and the T lymphocyte transformation rate of the animal were observed.Results:The weight of the thymus and spleen of the animal was put on,the levels of lysozyme content were raised,the percentage of T lymphcyte ANAE +cell and the T lymphocyte transformaton rate were increased.Conclusion:The injection fluid of jujube could put on the weight of the immune organes of the experimental animal and raise the nonspecific immunity and the specific immunity.更多还原
