【Abstract】 according to physiology regulation in fostering of sports skill and characteristics of breast-stroke, the method of condition limiting was applied in teaching experiment to prevent and correct mistakes dominated in beginners of breast-stroke learning. Results showed that the method of condition limiting is easy to operate, can help students master breast-stroke more quickly, and improves teaching effect of breast-stroke.更多还原
