球磨法制备(Gd0.9Dy0.1)5Si4粉末及分析
(Gd0.9Dy0.1)5Si4 powders produced by Ball milling
【摘要】 采用行星式球磨机进行磁制冷材料 (Gd0 .9Dy0 .1) 5Si4的纳米粉末制备 在一定的球磨条件下 ,一定范围内颗粒粒度与球磨时间成正比 ,并最终制备出纳米级颗粒 但在此过程中 ,磁性材料的磁性完全消失 ,估计是由于材料的晶体结构转变为非晶状态和应力共同作用所致
【Abstract】 A planetary mill was adopted for the continuous grinding of MCE material (Gd 0.9 Dy 0.1 ) 5Si 4 to gain namometer powders.Under some regulated conditions,the particle size is in direct proportion to time.And in this process the material was changed from crystalloid into noncrystalloid.When the particle size was reduced to namo level by ball milling,its magnetism died away sharply.Maybe it is due to the noncrystalloid and the stress
