半导体CdSSe量子点10K光致发光谱和光吸收谱研究
THE PHOTOLUMINESCENCE AND ABSORPTION SPECTRA OF CdSSe QUANTUM DOTS UNDER 10 K
【摘要】 在 10K温度下 ,通过光致发光和光吸收谱实验研究半导体CdSSe量子点 ,并进行了变温测量 .分析了半导体量子点的量子尺寸效应、量子点电子能级的温度效应、量子约束效应和声子对光致发光谱的影响
【Abstract】 Semiconductor CdSSe quantum dots are studied by means of PL and absorption spectra under a temperature of 10 K. Experiments are also performed under different temperatures. Quantum size effect, the temperature effect of energy levels and quantum confined effect are analyzed.
