新型球形复合无机离子交换剂的制备及其对锶和铯的去除

【摘要】 用溶胶凝胶的方法制备了新型球形复合无机离子交换剂水合二氧化钛-水合五氧化二锑(HTO-HAP),并以此为基体,进一步制备了磷酸钛-五氧化二锑(TiP-HAP)、 磷酸钛-五氧化二锑-磷钼酸铵(TiP-HAP-AMP)球形复合无机离子交换剂.研究比较了它们对Sr2+和Cs+的离子交换性能和稳定性.结果表明:HTO-HAP在弱酸性条件下对Sr2+和Cs+有较大的交换容量,但耐酸性不好;而作为基体与磷酸反应,或进一步复合磷钼酸铵后,其耐酸性和对Cs+的交换性能均有较大增强.

【Abstract】 Spherical composite ion-exchanger hydrated titanium dioxide hydrated antimony pentoxide (HTO-HAP) was synthesized by the sol-gel method. And using it as matrix, titanium phosphate-hydrated antimony pentoxide (TiP-HAP) and titanium phosphate-hydrated antimony pentoxide-ammonium molybdophophate (TiP-HAP-AMP) are prepared. Their stabilities are tested and ion exchange properties for Sr2+ and Cs+ are studied. The results show that the HTO HAP has high ion exchange capacity for Sr2+ and Cs+ while not stable under strong acid condition. But after the reaction with phosphoric acid or ammonium molybdophophate, the acid fastness and exchange capacity for Cs+ in strong acid condition are greatly improved.
