新型球形复合无机离子交换剂的制备及其对锶和铯的去除
PREPARATION OF NEW TYPES OF SPHERICAL COMPOSITE ION-EXCHANGERS AND THEIR REMOVING OF Sr2+ AND Cs+
【摘要】 用溶胶凝胶的方法制备了新型球形复合无机离子交换剂水合二氧化钛-水合五氧化二锑(HTO-HAP),并以此为基体,进一步制备了磷酸钛-五氧化二锑(TiP-HAP)、 磷酸钛-五氧化二锑-磷钼酸铵(TiP-HAP-AMP)球形复合无机离子交换剂.研究比较了它们对Sr2+和Cs+的离子交换性能和稳定性.结果表明:HTO-HAP在弱酸性条件下对Sr2+和Cs+有较大的交换容量,但耐酸性不好;而作为基体与磷酸反应,或进一步复合磷钼酸铵后,其耐酸性和对Cs+的交换性能均有较大增强.
【Abstract】 Spherical composite ion-exchanger hydrated titanium dioxide hydrated antimony pentoxide (HTO-HAP) was synthesized by the sol-gel method. And using it as matrix, titanium phosphate-hydrated antimony pentoxide (TiP-HAP) and titanium phosphate-hydrated antimony pentoxide-ammonium molybdophophate (TiP-HAP-AMP) are prepared. Their stabilities are tested and ion exchange properties for Sr2+ and Cs+ are studied. The results show that the HTO HAP has high ion exchange capacity for Sr2+ and Cs+ while not stable under strong acid condition. But after the reaction with phosphoric acid or ammonium molybdophophate, the acid fastness and exchange capacity for Cs+ in strong acid condition are greatly improved.
