烹调油烟对职业接触人群免疫功能及遗传学指标的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨烹调油烟对职业接触人群的免疫毒性和遗传毒性。方法 :对 1 5 4名宾馆从业人员的健康状况进行了调查 ,测定了接触与非接触烹调油烟人群的血清 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M含量 ,外周血淋巴细胞转化率、染色体畸变率和姐妹染色体交换率 ( SCE)。结果 :油烟接触组血清 Ig G、Ig A、Ig M含量均显著低于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,外周血淋巴细胞 SCE明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,而外周血淋巴细胞转化率和染色体畸变率与对照组比较无显著差别 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :烹调油烟可抑制职业接触人群的体液免疫功能 ,并具有一定的遗传毒性

【Abstract】 Objective:To study on the effects of cooking oil fume(COF) on immune function and genetics of occupationally exposed staffs. Methods: 154 hotel staffs were investigated. The changes of IgG, IgM and IgA levels in serum, PHA induced mitogentic response of lymphocyte in blood, chromosome aberration rate and SCE were detected. Results: COF exposure could decrease markedly content of IgG, IgM and IgA in serum and increase SCE of lymphocyte with significance. There was no significant difference about PHA-induced mitogentic response of lymphocyte and chromosome aberration rate between the COF and the control group. Conclusion:COF could repress humoral immunity and had certain genotoxicity
