自蔓延高温合成陶瓷涂层的研究
Investigation on Ceramic Coating Produced by Self-propagating High Temperature Synthesis
【摘要】 采用自蔓延高温合成法 (SHS) ,用硫酸渣代替工业铁粉生产陶瓷涂层。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对涂层的显微组织、物相组成进行观察和分析 ,并对涂层的力学性能和耐蚀性能进行了测试。结果表明 :硫酸渣完全可以代替工业铁粉生产陶瓷涂层 ,并且可以大大降低生产成本
【Abstract】 The ceramic coating was produced with sulfuric acid dregs instead of industrial ferri powder by SHS.The microscopic structure phase composition were observed and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope and X ray diffraction.The mechanical properties and corrosive resistance of ceramic coating were also tested.The results show that the ceramic coating can be formed with sulfuric acid dregs instead of industrial ferri powder,and the production cost can be greatly cut down.
