【Abstract】 By analyzing the effects of the parameters such as evaluation period, article quantity, total cited rate, impact factor, a dynamic evaluation model of academic influence of sci-tech periodicals was established. The example of evaluation calculation indicated that the evaluation result could reflect the academic quality of sci-tech periodicals comprehensively, objectively and dynamically.更多还原
