【Abstract】 Editorial Department of Journal of Hainan University, 570228,Haikou, ChinaThe authors elaborate the effects of peer review on sci tech periodicals, think that the editors and reviewers are key factors in guaranteeing the quality of sci tech periodicals, and point out that reviewers should be such scholars with great academic attainments, meticulous learning attitude, upright behavior, and noble moral toward science. Meanwhile the paper puts forward a suggestion on recompiling a name dictionary of reviewers which should cover the experts in all subjects and have a resonable speciality distribution, and in which the experts included in the name dictionary should be young and promising and have both ability and integrity.更多还原
