【Abstract】 The necessity and feasibility of applying fitness equipments in school physical education courses were discussed by means of experiment and theoretical study. It was pointed out that to apply fitness equipments in school physical education courses is needed for the physical and mental development of students, the development of school physical education and the establishment of the foundation of lifelong physical education in students.
