【Abstract】 In allusion to the educational concept in institutions of higher learning-to bring up talents of innovative pattern by carrying out quality oriented education in the aspect of physical education, it was analyzed that the basic connotation of innovative education and the essence of quality oriented education are the fundamental theoretical problems of cultivating creative competence, effect of innovative education on the all round advance of quality oriented education and that the innovative function should be the chief function of higher education. The focus point of the study was to probe into basic viewpoints of cultivating the students’ innovative consciousness and divergent thinking in physical education of colleges and universities.更多还原
