【摘要】 毕节地区是名贵食用真菌竹荪的主要产地,但其传统的木材栽培法正日益严重地破坏和胁迫着当地本已十分脆弱的生态环境,必须从根本上改进竹荪栽培技术和方法。代料栽培可作为目前形势下开展竹荪生产的较佳选择,可较好地兼顾竹荪生产与生态建设的同步发展。并且,针对当前竹荪生产中存在的分散经营、管理粗放、加工滞后等问题,竹荪的生态化栽培还必须走专业化、规模化、产业化、标准化的发展道路,从而推动和最终实现竹荪生产的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Dictyophora indusiata is one of rare edible fungi of world. Bijie prefecture is an important area where Dictyophora indusiata living. The past way of Dictyophora idusata product not only damaged the woods but also threaten the thin ecosystem badly. So it’s important to improve the techniques of Dictyophora indusiata product. Substitute is the best choice to increase production of Dictyophora indusiata. Its good to both develop economic and protecting environment of the area. There are some problems about Dictyophora indusiata growing, for example, decentralized management, rough manage and stagnate process. So Dictyophora indusiata ecological production must turn to specialize, scale, industrialize and standardize to develop. It will be promoted to continue leap forward in production.更多还原
