双裂纹合并条件的研究
Study on Double-Crack Combination Requirement
【摘要】 采用有限元程序对二维双裂纹的线弹性干涉效应进行了计算,利用所得结果,对几个现有规范中关于多裂纹的合并条件进行了评析,得出以小裂纹的尺寸(a2)作为合并基准较为合适,并推荐合并距离为2a2。同时对三维双裂纹问题进行了简单分析,发现三维裂纹的干涉系数要比相应尺寸的二维裂纹的干涉系数小,将此合并距离推广到三维问题,构成合并准则。
【Abstract】 2D double crack elastic interaction effect is calculated with FEM program. By analyzing the results, multi-crack combination requirements in several existing failure assess rules are evaluated, and then the smaller crack size is taken as the combination standard. At the same time, recommended combination distance is twice of the smaller crack size. Accordingly, through analyzing 3D double cracks roughly, it’s concluded that 3D crack interaction factors are smaller than those of 2D, so the recommended distance is extended to 3D problems, which is part of the recommended combination rules in the paper.
