植物光调控的研究进展
Advances of researches on photoregulation in plants.
【摘要】 光是植物生活中最重要的环境因子之一 .它不仅为植物光合作用提供辐射能 ,而且还为植物提供信号调节其发育过程 ,为此 ,高等植物具有一整套精细的光接受系统和光信号转导系统 ,以此对光强、光质、光照方向和光照时间、光周期等环境光条件的变化作出适应性反应 .不同环境条件下的光信号通过各种植物光受体转导并与内生发育程序整合从而控制植物的生长发育模式 .该文通过综述光敏色素分子的结构、功能和它介导光信号在植物体内、植物群体中的转导及其光调控作用 ,讨论了环境光信号对光能量在植物个体和群体中分布的影响
【Abstract】 Light is one of the most significant environmental factors during plant’s life, not only as a source of energy for plant photosynthesis, but also as a source of signals to regulate plant development. Therefore, higher plants require sophisticated sensing of intensity, direction, duration, and wavelength of light. Various light signals in nature percepted and transducted by plant photoreceptors, are integrated with endogenous developmental programs to control plant development. In this review the authors describe the structure and function of phytochromes and their photoregulatory roles, and finally discuss the effects of light signals on distribution of light energy in individual plant and stands
