盘式短刀枝桠削片机设计参数的影响因素
Factors affecting design parameters of disc branch chipper with short knives.
【摘要】 盘式短刀枝桠削片机是获得国家专利的新型枝桠削片机 ,它既可削制工艺木片 ,作为造纸和人造板工业的原料 ,也可削制碎木片 ,用于作生物肥料或裸露地的覆盖物 .该文重点研究了盘式短刀枝桠削片机的设计参数 ,分析了这些设计参数的影响因素 ,特别是单位切削力和切削功率 .通过实验室测试 ,揭示了单位切削力与枝桠材树种、动力相遇角、飞刀伸出量之间的数量变化关系 ,并获得了不同径级枝桠材削片时切削功率的变化值 ,为选择和确定盘式短刀枝桠削片机的主要设计参数提供了科学依据
【Abstract】 The disc branch chipper with short knives is a new type of branch chippers, and a patent has been obtained in China. This new chipper is used to make technological wood chips suitable for paper pulp, fiber board, particle board, and also make mulch suitable for beds, borders in public parks, play areas, paths etc. This paper mainly studies the design parameters of disc branch chipper with short knives, analyzes the factors affecting the design parameters, especially the cutting force per unit of knife length and cutting power. By experiment of dynamic measure, the effect of tree species, spout angles and knife heights on cutting force per unit of knife length, and effect of branch diameters on cutting power were evaluated. This experiment results provided the scientific basis for choice of main design parameters of disc branch chipper with short knives.
