基于信息技术的森林资源调查新体系

【摘要】 该文从理论基础到实践、从技术进步到效益评估、从林业调查发展史与中国现状相结合 ,全面地论述新体系建立的必要及技术支撑、运行模式和需要改进的问题 .2 0世纪 70年代末 ,遥感技术被应用于中国的森林资源调查工作 ,特别是森林蓄积量的估测 .曾研究了比值项的作用 ,确定用定量因子和定性因子联合估测森林蓄积量多元估计方程的形式 ,以及在中国不同气候带的应用 .在对精度和费用进行了细致的分析后指出 :遥感调查方法比传统方法节约经费 1 3~ 1 2 .近年来 ,作者在上述研究的基础上 ,用近代统计学和非参数方法进行了新的探索和深入研究 .解决了一些在林业资源调查中应用遥感技术的重要问题 ,并引入地理信息系统 (GIS)和全球定位系统 (GPS) ,为建立以遥感为主要技术手段的新的森林资源估测体系提供有力支持

【Abstract】 Traditional forest resources inventory is a hard mission, which needs much time, work and money. Since the end of 1970s, remote sensing technology has been introduced into China. A lot of foresters use this new technology in the activities of forest resource inventory, especially on estimating forest stock volume. This research shows the remote sensing related application fields as following: ①Estimating volume stock of forest by using quantitative value and qualitative factors of satellite data.② Applications of above mentioned techniques in different climate zones in China (the method has been spreaded over 7 million hectare in China).③ Estimating special forestland, including area of fragments woodland and index of forest network etc. ④ Through careful analysis of precision against costs, it is indicated that remote sensing method save 1/3~1/2 budget in comparison with the traditional methods.In recent years,based on the former studies and by using modern statistic measurement, new researches and deeper studies were done. These have solved some key problems of applications of remote sensing in forestry resource inventory, such as: calibration between sampling plots on the ground and remote sensing image, decreasing field work, increasing accuracy of stock volume on compartment, fast selecting optimal function, and avoiding of all factors that are hard to be determined by remote sensing data (such as age group, crown canopy, etc.). At the end of this paper, a frame of new system of forest resource inventory is put forward, and suggestions on key problem in the new system are also discussed.
