【摘要】 目的 :探讨亚甲兰维生素C水溶液局部注射配合低功率He—Ne激光照射综合治疗颌面部坏死性蜂窝织炎的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机分组法观察伤口净化、健康肉芽组织充满病灶腔和平均住院日数的变化。结果 :平均伤口净化日数缩短 5 4天 ,平均健康肉芽组织充满病灶腔日数缩短 5 0天 ,平均住院日数缩短 6 0天。结论 :亚甲兰维生素C水溶液局部注射配合低功率He—Ne激光照射病灶区综合治疗颌面部坏死性蜂窝织炎临床疗效显著 ,同对照组之间存在着显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of injection of methylene blue-vitamine C liquid localy combined with radiating by lower powered He-Ne laser on the treatment of jaw-face area.Methods:The patients were grouped randomly to observe the changes of the wound clean.health granulative tissues filling the focal cavity and average hospitalized days.Results:The average wound clean was shortened 5.4 days.The average health granulative tissues filling focal cavity was 5.0 days.The average hospitalized date was 6.0 days.Conclusions:Combined treatment of methylene-blue-Vitamine C local injection with radiating by lower powered He-Ne laser is useful for the necrotic cellulites of jaw-face area.更多还原
