活性翠兰KN-G脱色细菌的选育与研究

【摘要】 试验研究了降解染料活性翠兰KN -G高效菌种的选育方法和其降解特性。试验过程中从经驯化后的活性污泥中经多步分离得到一株能有效降解该染料的高效菌株 ,经鉴定为水谷鞘氨醇杆菌(SphingobacteriumMizutaii) ,该菌株在半连续试验中 ,染料浓度为 2 0mg/l的条件下 ,对活性翠兰KN -G的脱色率可达 77%。系统研究了各种环境因素如葡萄糖浓度、pH值、染料浓度、氧气等对该菌株降解染料活性翠兰KN -G的影响 ,及酶在该菌种降解染料中的作用。

【Abstract】 Isolation method for super-bacteria to decolor dye Reactive Turquoise Blue KN-G was studied. One super strain, which can remove 77% of the color of KN-G in semi-continuous experiment, was isolated from the acclimated sludge taken from the wastewater treatment facility in a textile factory. It is identified as Sphingobacterium Mizutaii. The influence of environment factors, such as glucose concentration, PH, dye concentration and oxygen concentration, on this strain’s decolorization ability was test. The enzyme of this strain was extracted and tested for its function in decoloring the dye.
