【摘要】 研究了将反应精馏法用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET聚酯 )生产的直接酯化反应和酯交换反应 ,并采用过程模拟软件ASPENPLUS模拟了整个反应精馏过程。结果表明 ,与传统的酯化反应过程相比较 ,采用反应精馏法可以简化酯化流程 ,节省大量能量和开支。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reaction distillation was used for synthesis of polymer monomer BHET. The process was simulated by using ASPEN PLUS. The results of simulation show that the process can be simplified, and the energy and cost can be reduced by using the reaction distillation.更多还原
