【Abstract】 Viscosities and densities from 293 15?K to 363 15?K were reported for L ascorbic acid aqueous solutions. The relations of density and viscosity between concentration and temperature for L ascorbic acid water were correlated and the corresponding parameters of density and viscosity were obtained, which can provide some value for practical industrial process and design.更多还原
