【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of chitooligosaccharides by the NH2P 50 4E column was established. A mixture of water and methyl cyanide in the ratio of V H 2O ∶ V CH 3CN =35∶65 was used as the mobile phase. Chitooligosaccharides can be separated to octchitooligosaccharides.更多还原
