【Abstract】 Three globe threshold algorithms for PCB image segmentation were studied and UMA was used to evaluate the results given by these algorithms. Measurement of feature value is very important in PCB inspection, therefore a better approach for selecting and evaluating the threshold value was proposed with an approval of experiments.更多还原
