一步水解氧化法制备纳米级Mn3O4
Preparation of nano-Mn3O4 by a hydrolyzing-oxidizingmethod with one step
【摘要】 以低成本的硫酸锰为原料,采用一步水解氧化法,以弱碱氨水为反应介质,成功制备出γ型Mn3O4利用乙醇和其他有机相的协同作用解决了产品粒度与分散性的关系,得到粒度小、二次粒子分散较好、纯度高的γ型Mn3O4。最后探讨了其制备高性能软磁铁氧体的可能性。
【Abstract】 The preparation of Mn3O4 from MnSO4 by hydrolyzing-oxidizing method with one step in an ammonia liquor is reported in this paper. The most favorable experimental conditions were obtained for γ-MnO4 with small size, good second order particle dispersibility and high purity. The possibility of preparing soft ferrite by this method was also discussed.
