交联/多相聚氨酯体系化学流变性的研究

【摘要】 通过采用不同催化体系及在同一体系下不同催化剂的用量,研究了聚氨酯交联多相体系的化学流变性。探讨了胺、锡催化剂以及胺/锡复合催化剂对化学流变性的影响,研究了相对粘度与反应转化率的关系。结果表明:胺催化剂对反应初期的催化作用较强,反应初期的相对粘度增加也较快;锡催化剂存凝胶点附近具有“相对粘度下降”现象,在反应转化率达到45%时,相对粘度最低;胺/锡复合催化剂反应初期粘度增加明显,凝胶点附近粘度有下降趋势。得到了相对粘度与转化率的数学模型。

【Abstract】 The chemorheology of multiphase/cure system of polyurethane materials was studied by using different quantity of catalyst for each catalyst system. This paper discussed the influence of amine, tin and amine/tin catalyst on the chemorheology of multiphase/cure system and the relationship between viscosity and degree of reaction. The results show that the amine catalyst speeds the reaction in the first stage and the viscosity increase greatly; there exists a phenomenon of the relative viscosity decreasing at the gel point with tin as a catalyst, and when the degree of reaction attains 0.45, the viscosity is the lowest; with amine /tin catalyst, the viscosity increases in the first stage and decreases at the gel point. A mathematical model of the relationship between relative viscosity and degree of reaction was attained.
