【摘要】 目的 :通过不同品种、不同产地的川芎对血管平滑肌收缩影响的对比研究 ,以探讨川芎的药材因品种、产地差异对药效产生的影响。方法 :采用离体动脉条法、离体兔耳灌流法来研究不同品种、不同产地的川芎的药效学的差异。结果 :不同川芎显著地抑制去甲肾上腺素所致大鼠胸主动脉条收缩 ,显著地抑制离体兔耳灌流量。道地药材四川灌县产川芎(cx-3 -1组)抑制去甲肾上腺素所致大鼠胸主动脉条收缩 ,抑制离体兔耳灌流量作用明显大于其他川芎 ,九江产川芎(CX -2 -1、CX -2-2)和市场劣质川芎的作用最差 ,当年与去年川芎比较 ,各组均有一定的差异。结论 :本研究为探讨川芎的药材因品种、产地差异对药效产生的影响提供了实验依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of Chuanxiong on pharmacodynamic actions caused by different habitats and species.Methods:By the use of rat isolated aortic strips and rabbit isolated perfused intact ears,we observed the effects of different Chuanxiongs on the contraction of vascular smooth muscles.Results:Different groups of Chuanxiongs all have obvious antagonistic effects on the contraction of rat thoracic aorta induced by nouepinephrine(NE)and perfusion of rabbit isolated ears,in which Chuanxiong of indigenous Chinese medicinal materials from Guan county of Sichuan province(cx-3-1)has more powerful antagonistic effect than that of other groups.Whereas Chuanxiong from Jiujiang county(cx-2-1,cx-2-2)and that of inferior quality from the market have much less antagonistic effects.There also exists difference between Chuanxiongs of this year and that of last year(but P>0 05).Conclusion:The results above provide experimental evidence for investigating the inflluence of Chuanxiong on pharmacodynamic action caused by different habitats and species.更多还原
