【Abstract】 In his "Economic and Philosophical Draft in 1844",Marx drew a famous inference that "therefore human beings build up themselves also according to the law of aesthetics". For a long time, many experts have emphasized the word "therefore"and neglected the word "also"in the statement when they tried to understand and explain this famous inference.The author holds that the labor practice of human beings must follow many laws such as the law of the nature,and the law of aesthetics,etc.So the law of aesthetics is one of the laws of labor practice of the humans. Therefore the law of aesthetics is not the unity of "the measurement of species"and "the inherent measurement",but the unity of "the inherent measurement" which is the goals and wishes of human beings and the law of aesthetics of human beings.更多还原
