【摘要】 从跨国公司和我国大学两方论述了我国大学与跨国公司研发机构合作的动因、以及目前合作的形式。作者认为,跨国公司研发机构的迅速发展和我国大学科技人才等比较优势是合作的基础。今后应通过增加经费、减免税收、扩大人员交流等政策加强我国大学与跨国公司研发机构的合作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis analyzes the motive and the present form of co-operarion between Chinese universities and foreign transnational corporation research and development (R&D) institutions. It is thought that the rapid development of transnational corporation and the comparative advantage of the scientific talents in Chinese universities are the basis of co-operation. From now on the co-operation should be strengthened through practicing the policies of increasing funds, reduce taxation and broaden personnel exchange.更多还原
