低熔点聚酯的合成和性能研究
Study on the Synthesis and Properties for Low Melting Point PET
【摘要】 通过在PET链中引入芳香族间位酸和脂肪族二元醇合成了共聚酯,并对缩聚应时间、转变温度和结晶性能进行了研究.结果表明,随改性组分添加量的增加,合成共聚酯的时间有所增加,总结晶速度降低,熔点降低,而且熔点下降程度与改性组分的添加量呈良好的线性关系.
【Abstract】 The low melting point co-polyesters were obtained by adding IPA and DBA respectively in co-polymerization and studied on the reaction time of co-polymerization, thermal transition temperature and crystallizing properties. The results showed that Tc, Tm and the rate of crystallization decreased along with the increase of the third and the forth monomers.Moreover,the melting point decreased linearly with modified composition.
